Freepik launches AI-powered enterprise service for large firms

Today

Freepik has announced the introduction of an Enterprise AI plan aimed at large organisations seeking secure, scalable creative tools supported by generative artificial intelligence.

The new offering, called Freepik Enterprise, is designed for corporations operating in sectors such as media, marketing, and technology, requiring creative solutions integrated into complex workflows. The service provides centralised administration, legal protections, and does not impose user limits, aiming to support distributed teams across large organisations.

Freepik has structured its Enterprise plan to address key demands from businesses adopting AI-powered tools, notably around security, compliance, and IP concerns. The service adheres to standards including GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001 and 27002, and SOC 2 Type II. The company has also specified that ownership of any AI-generated content rests entirely with the customer, with no training or data reuse by Freepik or third parties.

Legal assistance forms a core component of the Enterprise plan. Companies receive advice on image rights as well as indemnification against potential claims arising from the use of AI-generated content. This reflects the increasing focus by organisations on managing intellectual property and copyright issues associated with creative AI.

"It's no longer just about downloading visual assets - large companies are looking for solutions that help them integrate AI across all their processes, offering scalability, legal compliance, and deep customisation of their resources. Freepik Enterprise directly addresses that need," said José Florido, Chief Market Development Officer at Freepik.

The Enterprise plan grants unlimited access to Freepik's AI Suite, which encompasses tools for generating and editing images, videos, and content using artificial intelligence. Designed for ease of management, centralised controls enable administrators to govern accounts and assets efficiently and support the needs of sizeable creative or communications departments.

Freepik is providing support for onboarding and training to facilitate adoption. Both in-person and online sessions can be tailored to the needs of individual teams, and ongoing technical support is available to ensure customers achieve self-sufficiency and productivity from the outset.

Integration with popular workplace software aims to simplify creative collaboration. Freepik Enterprise can be deployed alongside tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Creative Cloud, and learning management systems to streamline workflows and accelerate production cycles.

Customisation options include the ability for companies to configure private workspaces, establish bespoke visual identity settings, and train generative models using their own internal assets. These features are intended to support organisations with specific branding or privacy requirements.

Service level agreements and a dedicated support team are included within the Enterprise offering, adapted to the nature and complexity of each client's business. Freepik also enables companies to test the service over a three-month trial period before signing an annual subscription, with purchase options for additional credits as required.

The launch marks Freepik's move to reinforce its business model with an emphasis on artificial intelligence capabilities. By extending into the enterprise market, the company seeks to become a strategic partner to teams looking to adopt creative AI in a secure and compliant fashion, reflecting broader trends in AI integration across professional environments.
