Ken Cheung named chairman for Asia Pacific at CCV

Ken Cheung has been appointed as the Chairman for the Asia Pacific region at Creative Capital Ventures (CCV), a venture studio based in London and Lisbon.

Cheung, who will be stationed in Singapore, brings over 30 years of experience across the technology, media, and entertainment sectors to his new role with CCV. His past roles include leadership positions at renowned companies such as Tencent, Warner Music Group, BBC, Facebook, and Instagram.

In addition to his corporate experience, Cheung is a seasoned entrepreneur, having co-founded several ventures, including QQ Music, Song Protocol, Clement Technology, and MoreThan Capital. This diverse background equips him to help CCV take advantage of emerging opportunities within Asia Pacific and beyond.

Ken Cheung's appointment coincides with the launch of CCV's €50 million fund, which is supported by institutional and private investors, including Saratoga Capital and Anthill Ventures. The fund aims to provide financial backing and strategic growth acceleration for early-stage tech companies and intellectual property acquisitions.
