At Mediaocean, he led massive acquisitions like 4C, Flashtalking, and Innovid, while driving partnerships across every sector of the industry. I look forward to having Ramsey spearhead the next phase for Prisma as we harness the opportunities with AI and automation to deliver exponential results."

Since joining Mediaocean in 2016, McGrory has held key roles, including Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Development Officer. His previous experience spans leadership in programmatic advertising, data, publishing, and corporate development. Earlier in his career, McGrory worked at DoubleClick and was responsible for launching the first programmatic exchange during his tenure at Right Media. He has also been an active investor and has served on the boards of VideoAmp and Pathlabs, earning recognition for his expertise in programmatic, measurement, and television advertising innovation.

McGrory described the evolution of Mediaocean and highlighted Prisma's significance, saying,

"Mediaocean has transformed over the last ten years, growing more than fivefold in the process, and Prisma has been central to our success. Prisma sits at the intersection of media investment, workflow, and accountability, and our team will continue building on that foundation and strengthening our position with innovation for the entire ecosystem."

Mediaocean's platform supports more than USD $200 billion in annualised ad spend. Its technology is used by over 100,000 individuals globally, providing infrastructure and ad tech tools for media management, finance, creative delivery, measurement, optimisation, ad verification, and brand safety. Prisma, Innovid, and Protected by Mediaocean make up key elements of the company's product suite.

In assuming the role of President of Prisma, McGrory will direct attention towards expanding the platform for global advertisers and agencies, with an emphasis on leveraging AI and automation capabilities. His appointment is also set to strengthen Mediaocean's integrations with Innovid for creative, delivery, measurement, and optimisation, and Protected by Mediaocean for ad verification and brand safety.

The Prisma platform is positioned by Mediaocean as a system of record for media management and finance, with a focus on delivering workflow efficiency and investment accountability for advertisers and agencies working across multiple channels.

Mediaocean's management indicated that the new appointment reflects a focus on Prisma's continued expansion as well as the importance of deepening relationships with clients and partners as the sector evolves.
