Revolut has added complimentary foodpanda and ChatGPT Go subscriptions to eligible customer plans in Singapore, extending its membership offer beyond core financial services.

Under the new arrangement, Premium and Metal customers will receive access to foodpanda's pandapro service. Eligible customers across Standard, Premium and Metal plans can also receive ChatGPT Go for a limited period: 12 months for Metal customers, six months for Premium customers and three months for Standard customers.

The update adds to Revolut's partner benefits in a market where digital banking groups are trying to make paid subscriptions more attractive with bundles spanning travel, media, security and lifestyle services.

Revolut's paid plans in Singapore now include benefits worth more than S$4,000 across financial, travel, lifestyle and digital services. Alongside the new additions, these include travel insurance, higher fee-free overseas ATM withdrawal limits, lower investment fees and access to services such as the Financial Times, NordVPN, Freeletics, MasterClass and ClassPass.

Revolut has more than 75 million customers worldwide. In Singapore, it offers a free Standard plan and paid Premium and Metal tiers priced at S$10.99 a month and S$21.99 a month respectively.

Everyday use

The foodpanda tie-up focuses on routine spending categories such as takeaway meals and grocery orders. Revolut Premium and Metal users will be able to claim pandapro through the app, giving them access to free delivery offers, discounts on pick-up orders, reduced delivery fees and additional savings on selected grocery items.

Members also receive an on-time promise voucher if an order arrives more than 10 minutes later than the latest promised time, as well as discount vouchers for TADA rides.

ChatGPT Go is positioned as a digital productivity benefit rather than a financial one. The subscription tier offers higher limits for messaging, file uploads, image generation and memory than the free version of ChatGPT.

That reflects a broader shift in consumer subscriptions, as providers package practical digital tools with banking and payments products to improve retention and encourage upgrades to paid plans.

Raymond Ng, Chief Executive Officer of Revolut Singapore & SEA, said the company is seeing customer demand shift towards memberships that cover a wider range of daily needs.

"As consumers become increasingly selective about the subscriptions they pay for, we're focused on ensuring our paid plans deliver meaningful value every day," Ng said. "Whether our customers are travelling overseas, reading the latest business news, staying secure online, ordering dinner or using AI to help them write, plan and organise their daily lives, Revolut memberships are designed to bring together the services people rely on most. We're excited to welcome foodpanda to our growing ecosystem of lifestyle partners while also expanding our subscription offering with ChatGPT Go."

Subscription competition

For Revolut, the bundle approach offers a way to differentiate paid accounts in a crowded digital finance market. Instead of relying only on lower foreign exchange costs, cards or budgeting tools, fintech groups are increasingly pitching memberships as bundles of services that might otherwise require separate monthly payments.

The strategy can also help justify higher monthly fees if customers see regular use beyond banking. Food delivery and AI subscriptions fit that model because they can become frequent touchpoints in a customer's day-to-day routine.

foodpanda said the partnership is intended to widen access to its subscription service among Revolut users in Singapore.

"Connecting people with their favourite food and grocery essentials quickly and affordably is at the heart of what we do at foodpanda. This partnership allows us to bring the full suite of pandapro benefits to Revolut's community of digitally savvy and financially prudent members. It's all about enhancing our customers' lifestyle by bringing them closer to our everyday app," said Bhavani Mishra, Managing Director of foodpanda Singapore.

Customers can activate both subscriptions through the Revolut app at no additional cost if they are on eligible plans.

The offer also underlines how AI products are moving into mainstream consumer bundles, not just workplace software packages, as companies look for new distribution channels and financial apps seek stronger reasons for customers to stay within their ecosystems.
