SleekFlow appoints Gao Lei as new CTO to drive tech strategy
SleekFlow, an AI-powered omnichannel conversation suite vendor based in Singapore, has appointed Gao Lei as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Gao Lei will be responsible for leading the planning, implementation, and transformation of the company's technology stacks, system support, and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with SleekFlow's overarching goals and market demands.
Gao Lei brings more than 20 years of tech leadership at Silicon Valley companies and entrepreneurial experience in AI and Big Data to his new role. He has a background in building and scaling engineering teams, as well as developing and operating highly scalable and available infrastructure. His expertise also includes creating innovative products that drive business growth.
Prior to joining SleekFlow, Gao Lei served as the CTO at LinkedIn China, where he oversaw the expansion of the engineering team from 13 to over 140 members to support the company's rapid growth. During his tenure at LinkedIn China, he played a crucial role in developing several award-winning products that have transformed how businesses engage with their customers.

In 2022, SleekFlow raised USD $8 million in a Series A funding round led by Tiger Global, with contributions from AEF Greater Bay Area Fund and Transcend Capital Partners. The company operates offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brazil, and the UAE. SleekFlow has a global team of over 100 employees serving more than 5,000 customers worldwide.
