Allegis Group enhances efficiency with Salesforce Agentforce
Allegis Group has adopted Salesforce's Agentforce to streamline candidate placement and workforce planning, focusing on improving operational efficiency across its Asia-Pacific locations.
Operating across over 500 global locations, Allegis Group provides a comprehensive range of specialised professional and managed services targeted at addressing business and talent challenges faced by a diverse clientele. The introduction of Agentforce aims to enhance the company's ability to foster customer relationships and pinpoint job opportunities more effectively.
The company facilitates job placements for more than 10,000 individuals weekly, connecting with its extensive network of 22,000 customers globally. Enhancing customer and candidate interactions and providing a consistent experience has become a focal point for the organisation.
The introduction of Agentforce and Data Cloud is expected to mitigate approximately 7,000 hours of administrative activities each week, allowing Allegis Group's teams to dedicate their time to more strategic tasks, thereby strengthening customer and candidate relations.
Agentforce, integrating AI with human skills, generates business results by expediting tasks such as automated data capture and conversation tracking. This capability of managing administrative efforts smoothly, along with creating ideal candidate profiles, drives impactful enhancements to the recruitment process.
Data Cloud further complements these efforts by facilitating the organisation's ability to generate an exhaustive view of customers, consultants, and candidates, effectively improving the support for job seekers and hiring managers.
James Warwick, Chief Operating Officer of Allegis Group APAC, articulated the value of this technological advancement, stating, "We can see there will be immediate value in terms of efficiency and automation, but the most significant benefit is that we've overcoming our technology constraints so we can focus on the business and transform how we serve our people and customers. With Agentforce we can now more than ever focus on our purpose of creating opportunities for our people, our customers and our candidates."
The technological synergy between Allegis Group and Salesforce is echoed by Jeremy Smith, AVP Sales, Salesforce ANZ, who remarked, "The power of AI agents and humans together will drive one of Australia's most significant workforce transitions, delivering enhanced customer service experiences and productivity gains. By combining Data Cloud and Agentforce, Allegis Group is augmenting their teams with trusted, autonomous AI agents in the flow of work. It will support their ambition to deliver seamless, personalised interactions at scale, helping them set a new standard for customer satisfaction in the process."
The move towards Agentforce not only aims to streamline data management by generating insightful, actionable profiles from varied data sources but also enhances customer engagement by promoting smarter, more personalised interactions.
This alignment with AI-driven solutions positions Allegis Group to redefine customer and candidate experiences while initiating a significant efficiency and productivity shift within the organisation.
