GlobalLogic named leader in 2024 ISG AI services report

GlobalLogic has been recognised as a Leader in the ISG Provider Lens Generative AI Services Report 2024 by ISG, underscoring its capabilities in assisting businesses with generative AI integration.

The report identifies the growing market for Generative AI (GenAI) and highlights the necessity for enterprises to invest in these technologies to sustain competitive advantage. GlobalLogic, a member of the Hitachi Group, leverages its comprehensive expertise in data, design, and engineering to help businesses navigate this dynamic environment. The company's innovative 'Platform-of-Platforms' architecture facilitates the deployment of AI technologies across various industries.

GlobalLogic's Chief Technology Officer of AI, Yuriy Yuzifovich, emphasised the company's dedication to customised GenAI solutions, stating, "This recognition validates our commitment to empowering businesses with tailored GenAI solutions. We're helping companies integrate intelligence into their products, platforms, and systems, driving innovation and operational efficiency."

The ISG Provider Lens report acknowledges GlobalLogic in two main areas: Strategy and Consulting Services, and Development and Deployment Services. In Strategy and Consulting Services, GlobalLogic's consulting framework assists businesses throughout the GenAI implementation stages by identifying high-impact use cases and crafting an agile AI roadmap. According to the report, the company's Responsible AI Framework ensures security, transparency, and accountability.

When it comes to Development and Deployment Services, GlobalLogic is praised for its extensive GenAI expertise, which includes robust Data and Large Language Model (LLM) training capabilities. This competence allows seamless integration of AI models across both cloud and on-premises environments, preserving security and governance standards.

Yuriy Yuzifovich, bringing 25 years of experience in machine learning and AI, describes the role of generative AI in today's digital transformation.
