Levanta acquires Perch+ to expand Amazon marketplace

Wed, 8th Apr 2026

Levanta has acquired Perch+, bringing Perch+ sellers and affiliate partners onto its platform.

The deal adds hundreds of Amazon sellers and publishers to Levanta's marketplace. Perch+ was one of the earlier affiliate networks built specifically for Amazon sellers, and its network will now operate within Levanta's system.

The transaction comes as Levanta expands beyond affiliate marketing into a broader mix of creator and commerce partnerships. The company says it has grown 60% year on year and recently extended support for affiliate and creator programmes across Amazon, Shopify and Walmart.

Marketplace shift

The move reflects a wider shift in how eCommerce brands manage online promotion, as affiliate networks and creator marketing tools increasingly overlap. Brands that once used separate systems for affiliate links, influencer deals and platform-specific commerce activity are now seeking a single platform for recruitment, measurement and payouts.

Brands moving from Perch+ to Levanta will be able to work with more than 60,000 vetted partners in Levanta's marketplace. They will also gain access to tools for creator recruitment, Amazon Attribution, Creator Connections, product sampling and paid placements.

For creators and publishers already in the Perch+ network, the change means access to a larger pool of brands through the combined marketplace. Levanta says the platform offers improved tracking, faster payouts and a more centralised way to manage commercial relationships.

Levanta has also introduced a paid placements product that allows brands to agree flat-rate creator deals while measuring performance through affiliate-style tracking. The model is designed to bridge a long-standing gap between fixed-fee creator campaigns and commission-based affiliate activity.

Executive views

Ian Brodie, chief executive officer and co-founder of Levanta, described the acquisition as a way to expand the marketplace for both brands and creators.

"Perch+ built meaningful traction with Amazon sellers early on when very few affiliate platforms were focused on their needs," Brodie said.

"By bringing this network into Levanta, we're expanding opportunity on both sides of the marketplace - more brands for creators, and more creator-driven growth for brands."

Perch+ is part of Infinite Commerce. Its marketing leadership said the business was founded to help Amazon brands use affiliate marketing as a sales channel, and its network will now be absorbed into Levanta rather than continue as a separate service.

"We built Perch+ to help Amazon brands tap into affiliate marketing as a meaningful growth channel," said Jason Baer, chief marketing officer of Infinite Commerce.

"Levanta has built the platform and scale to take that vision much further. We're excited to see the network continue to grow within Levanta."

Broader context

The acquisition highlights the growing importance of Amazon-focused commerce infrastructure in the wider digital advertising and partnerships market. While Amazon has long been central to online retail, many affiliate and creator tools were initially built around direct-to-consumer websites rather than marketplace sellers.

That has created room for specialist networks such as Perch+ to build services around Amazon's rules, tracking systems and seller needs. Levanta's strategy appears to be combining that marketplace focus with broader tools that also support brands selling through other major commerce platforms.

For brands, the appeal is the ability to manage creator deals, affiliate recruitment and partner measurement in one place rather than across separate systems. For creators, the value is access to more merchants, clearer tracking and more ways to earn from brand relationships.

Perch+ brands and creators can begin using Levanta immediately.
