Linn Academy returns in 2025 to boost ecommerce innovation

Today

Linnworks has confirmed the return of Linn Academy in June 2025. This in-person event will offer retail professionals insights, collaboration, and the latest developments in e-commerce.

The event, hosted by the e-commerce inventory and order management software provider, will take place over two days next year. Attendees can expect to see use cases from Linnworks' customer base, which now numbers more than 4,000 companies, alongside research from industry veterans and demonstrations of new integrations from partner companies. There will also be presentations regarding innovations introduced to the Linnworks software platform.

Linn Academy 2025 will be structured around three core themes: Meet the Marketplace, Operational Excellence, and Logistically Speaking. These streams are intended to provide retailers and sellers with practical strategies for optimising e-commerce, including revenue growth, cost control, and staying ahead of trends in marketplaces and online selling.

The agenda will feature operators and specialists covering ways to enhance business performance. Strategic partners and product specialists will provide insights on the tools and trends that they argue are shaping the development and future of connected commerce operations.

Linnworks Chief Executive Chris Timmer will address attendees on the company's vision for maintaining a competitive edge through the application of technology. The company's specific emphasis is on developing connections with both established and emerging marketplaces. Delegates will have time to build their own networks across the retail sector by interacting with customers, integration partners, and industry experts.

Confirmed contributors for Linn Academy 2025 include Spreetail, Currys, eBay, Temu, Retail Economics, Channel X, Insight Retail Group, Walmart International, and GFS, with additional participants expected. The full agenda, as noted, is available through Linnworks' official channels.

"Linn Academy has long been a cornerstone event in the e-commerce industry. It was last held in 2019 before the pandemic, and we're thrilled to bring it back in 2025 after strong demand from our community," Chris Timmer commented.

"The retail industry is changing quickly, leaving companies grappling with economic headwinds, regulatory changes and technical innovation the likes of which we've never seen before. At Linnworks, we are committed to helping retailers tackle these critical challenges, from adapting to global marketplace dynamics to managing supply chain disruptions. Linn Academy offers a unique opportunity to gain practical insights, connect with industry peers, and unlock the full value of our platform in navigating these challenges." he added.

Chris Dawson of Channel X added, "I couldn't be more excited about the return of this event. I went to the first one a decade or more ago and every one since, it has been sorely missed. It is THE event to find out what's happening in online retail."

Linn Academy 2025 marks the first appearance of the event since 2019, following its postponement during the pandemic. The event is designed to offer detailed content for online retailers, with a focus on supporting adaptation to changes in the regulatory and technological environment seen in the retail industry.
