RewardinMe has introduced an AI Agent for its gamified marketing platform. The tool is available to existing and new users across the company's markets in Southeast Asia.
The Kuala Lumpur-based company says the product is designed to help brands manage campaign work from a single platform. It includes an AI Campaign Strategist that recommends game mechanics based on a stated business goal, an AI Content Generator that produces campaign copy, visuals and calls to action, and an AI Reward Optimizer that suggests incentives to improve conversion.
The AI Agent is available immediately to all users without additional infrastructure. RewardinMe also offers more than 20 game templates and white-label campaign options that do not require coding.
The launch expands RewardinMe's existing no-code gamification business, which focuses on helping brands build marketing campaigns quickly. Campaigns can be launched in as little as three hours, according to the company.
Its customer base spans Malaysia, Cambodia, Indonesia, Taiwan and Thailand. RewardinMe also lists Cuckoo, Yeo's, Maybank, RHB Bank, Eco-Shop, Tourism Johor, Eu Yan Sang and AEON Group among platform users.
Single platform
RewardinMe is positioning the product around the rising cost of digital marketing and the difficulty of maintaining customer attention online. It says the AI Agent can assist with campaign strategy, game creation, personalisation, performance analysis and reward selection while a campaign is running.
The tool also uses zero-party data collected during campaigns to refine mechanics and rewards in real time, according to the company. Zero-party data generally refers to information customers choose to share directly with a brand.
Steve Wan, Founder of RewardinMe, described the product as a way to reduce the number of tools marketers use for campaign work. "The addition of the AI Agent makes it a lot easier for brands to consider games for their campaigns, to achieve greater engagement rates, all using a single platform. Traditional digital marketing is becoming increasingly expensive while customer attention continues to decline. Imagine, brands can now perform multiple tasks from strategizing campaigns and creating content, to analyzing campaign performances by leveraging AI on our platform. This is efficiency, no more reliance on multiple tools!," Wan said.
Customer use
One early user cited by RewardinMe is HerbaLine Wellness Group, a beauty and wellness brand. HerbaLine uses the AI Agent to plan campaign strategies, according to the company.
RewardinMe says the tool helps marketers identify channels, prepare creative material and map go-to-market activity before launch. "Execution wasn't our problem, but planning was. The AI Agent helps us map our go-to-market strategy, see which channels yield the best response, and decide exactly what content and creative to prepare. As a result, we save time and improve how we onboard new customers while keeping existing ones engaged.," Wah said.
Launched in 2023, RewardinMe says more than 270,000 customers have taken part in campaigns built on its platform so far. It also says brands using its system have recorded up to three times higher customer engagement than conventional digital campaigns, though it did not provide comparative data.
The business is targeting sectors including retail, fast-moving consumer goods, banking, hospitality, tourism, eCommerce and loyalty operators. The addition of AI reflects a broader push by marketing technology vendors to package campaign planning, content creation and performance analysis into unified software aimed at reducing manual work for brand teams.
Wan said the company does not view the tool as a replacement for marketing staff. "The AI Agent is not here to replace marketers. It removes the parts of the job that were never the interesting ones and puts enterprise-grade playable marketing within reach of a business of any size in Southeast Asia," Wan said.
