SEEK unifies systems with Workday for streamlined growth

SEEK has adopted Workday Financials and Human Capital Management (HCM) as part of an effort to unify its operations across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.

The online employment marketplace seeks to streamline its systems and processes to foster better collaboration and data-driven decisions. By selecting the Workday platform, SEEK aims to have a more integrated approach to managing its workforce and financial operations, thus creating a single source of truth. This consolidation is intended to offer management greater oversight and facilitate easier collaboration across locations.

SEEK was founded in Melbourne in 1997 and has expanded its presence to various markets, including Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. By adopting Workday, SEEK plans to make insightful, data-driven decisions and manage multiple markets through a single platform.

SEEK joins other notable Workday users, such as Western Sydney Airport and Aurecon. These organisations have leveraged Workday's enterprise management cloud to achieve greater efficiency and decision-making abilities. Aurecon, an engineering, design, and advisory company, has used Workday for a decade.
